February 19, 2010 GSA Energy, LLC has entered into an agreement with C Trade Group, INC. in which CTG has supplied a minimum of $200,000,000 to a limit of $1,000,000,000 USD to GSAE for the purpose of energy cargo finance.

February 15, 2010 GSA Energy, LLC has entered into Stock Purchase agreement to acquire a fifty percent stake in Gulf Coast Energy Distribution and redirects all North American trading though Gulf Coast.

February 12, 2010 GSA Energy LLC, Mr. Bryan Beatty has stepped down as Head of Trading and resigned membership to GSAE. GSA Energy has appointed Sara Shipman Meyers from GCED as the new head of trading and logistics.

January 15, 2010 GSA Energy, LLC has entered into Letter of Intent to acquire a fifty percent stake in Gulf Coast Energy Distribution.

January 13, 2010 GSA Energy, LLC has entered into financing agreement with Gutmen Investment Corporation. In which Gutmen has Hypothecated to GSAE for use in Energy Trading 1.86 billion USD in Sovereign Bonds that will be DTC eligible to GSAE on February 1 2010.

October 22, 2009 - GSA Energy, LLC has entered into a Marketing and Joint Venture Agreement with Trade Solutions Group, Inc a Delaware Corporation. The agreement is in regards to the sales and marketing by GSAE of TSG's refined petroleum product.

October 16, 2009 - GSA Energy, LLC has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Empire Energy Partners, LLC of Sarasota, Florida. The JVA is in regards to the trading of refined petroleum product and co-finance of specific projects.

September 30, 2009 - GSA Energy, LLC enters into Joint Venture Agreement with Carlton Energy Group, LLC of Houston, Tx. The JVA is in regards to Carlton Energy's  downstream business. 

August 27, 2009 - GSA  Energy, LLC enter into Joint Venture Agreement with Global Energy Empire, LLC - The JVA covers downstream marketing of GEE's products in the Asia and Black Sea market.

May 1, 2009 - GSA Energy, LLC issues Private Placement. (PPM - Closed August 1, 2009)
